As soon as you enrol with us, we will be in touch to discuss your qualifications, your requirements and job preferences. We will search for the right job in our client database which includes both public and private healthcare organizations.

We will help you with your NMC registration, which is mandatory to practice in the UK. The first step toward the NMC registration is passing your CBT exam. We will provide all the studying material necessary to prepare for the exam and we will also be at your side during your preparation with training, online support and study groups. If you are joining us from a non-English speaking country, such as Philippines or India (see link for full list of countries), we will also help you prepare for the mandatory language exam, the IELTS.

While you’re working toward your registration, we will work towards finding you the perfect job that matches your background and experience. Once we’ve identified the right organisation, we will work closely with you throughout the entire hiring process:

Interview –We will spend time discussing your CV, engaging with you to understand your career goals and collect a salary history. Then, we can confidently and effectively present you to our client.

Pre-Employment Checks – As part of the professional process and requirement, we will thoroughly check your documents and references for verification purposes and provide to our clients.

Once you have been made a job offer, we will confirm the acceptance, starting date, and answer all transition questions. We will also help you with the relocation including all the bureaucracy and the VISA application. We will also book your flights and arrange for accommodation on your arrival.

Arriving in a big airport in a foreign country can be quite challenging, so we will make sure that a friendly face is there for you! One of our representatives will be at airport waiting for you and will accompany you all the way to your new hospital. We will also help you with the initial joining formalities make sure that your first day in the UK goes smoothly.

Once you have joined your new hospital it’s time to start working toward the second step of the NMC registration, the OSCE Exam. Your employer will provide you with in house training but once again we will be at your side providing you additional guidance and study support.

Finally, we provide a pastoral service from the moment you arrive in the UK and beyond. We will help you with your everyday needs on your arrival, such as registering with a GP, opening a bank account and finding accommodation. We will also support you if you want your family to join you in the UK. And we can help you with school registration for your children.
